All quotations provided by Zanjbeel Manufacturers are based on the requirements available at the time of quotation. Prices may vary depending on product specifications, quantity, materials, design, customization, production requirements, and delivery location.
A quotation does not necessarily constitute a confirmed order. An order becomes confirmed once the required approval and payment or advance payment, where applicable, have been received.
We reserve the right to revise quotations before an order is officially confirmed.
Customers may be required to approve designs, samples, specifications, quantities, and other production details before manufacturing begins.
Once the client provides final approval, production may begin. Any delay in providing required approvals, artwork, information, or confirmation may affect the estimated completion or delivery time.
Where customized artwork or designs are involved, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the final design before production.
Once a design has been approved, Zanjbeel Manufacturers will proceed according to the approved version. We are not responsible for spelling mistakes, incorrect logos, colors, contact information, dimensions, or other errors present in artwork approved by the customer.
Payment terms may vary depending on the nature and value of the order. An advance payment may be required before production begins.
For customized orders, production may not begin until the required payment or advance has been received.
Any remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment terms before or upon delivery, where applicable.
Production time depends on the type of product, quantity, customization, material availability, design approval, and order requirements.
Any production timeline provided by Zanjbeel Manufacturers is an estimated timeframe rather than an absolute guarantee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in changes to the expected completion date.
We aim to deliver orders according to the agreed delivery arrangements. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier availability, order size, production schedule, and other circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Zanjbeel Manufacturers will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Because many of our products are customized or manufactured in batches, minor variations in color, printing, material, texture, dimensions, or finishing may occur.
Such reasonable manufacturing variations will not necessarily be considered defects, provided the final product remains substantially consistent with the approved specifications.
Customized products are generally made specifically according to the customer’s requirements and therefore may not be eligible for cancellation or return once production has started.
Cancellation requests must be submitted as early as possible. Whether a cancellation can be accepted will depend on the production stage and nature of the order.
If production has already started or customized materials have been purchased, cancellation may not be possible.
Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and notify Zanjbeel Manufacturers promptly if there is a significant issue with the delivered products.
Where a genuine manufacturing defect or fulfillment error is confirmed, we may, at our discretion, offer an appropriate solution such as replacement, correction, or another mutually agreed resolution.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use logos, images, artwork, trademarks, designs, text, and other materials supplied to Zanjbeel Manufacturers.
By submitting such materials, the customer confirms that their use does not knowingly violate the intellectual property rights of another party.
Zanjbeel Manufacturers retains ownership of its own original designs, branding concepts, materials, and intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
